Keith Grumet has a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and is a proud member of SAG and AFTRA. After performing the lead role of John Proctor in Arthur Miller’s the Crucible for his Carnegie Mellon thesis, he went on to star in many commercial, television and theater roles.
With a career spanning 30 years, Keith has appeared in many national commercials including Diet Dr Pepper, Iron City Beer and Burlington Coat Factory to name a few. He appeared for 5 years playing the role of Arthur Davis on the ABC daytime soap opera Loving, as well as Nickelodeon’s Hey Dude and the ABC drama Equal Justice. Keith also starred opposite Mark Consuelos and David Canary in the off broadway production of Orphans which earned rave reviews. In 2017, Keith produced and acted in his first independent feature film called Crutches which appeared at the Hollywood Reel Film Festival.
Keith spends his free time as a freelance private acting coach, working with adults and kids of all ages on monologues, scene study and movie and television scripts. Keith has found the ability to foster a creative and expressive environment for students to develop their authentic selves. His next project, opening in Spring of 2019 will be becoming the proud co owner of Acting Out In Westfield NJ. Keith currently resides in NJ with his beautiful wife and two daughters.
